Conclusion
In conclusion, we decided that Recipe 3 is the most effective lipstick out of all three and that it provided the best results. Recipe 3 had very smooth texture, a pleasant smell, and an overall good feel on your lips. It also has thick coverage so you don’t feel like you have keep reapplying it. This recipe provides a lot of moisturizing ability and leaves your lips soft even after you take it off. We used beeswax to act as a thickeners so that the lipstick can harden into some kind of thick gel, and we used shea butter because it has a subtle, fresh smell and it actually helps to heal and prevent damage to dry or cracked lips. To get a desired color, we used crayons because if they were nontoxic then they would be safe in the lipstick and it wouldn’t be harmful if ingested. The last thing that we added was 10 drops of lemon oil to not only add to the scent of the shea butter but also cancel out the bitter smell of the crayons.
